Trailblazers display
The images and the stories contained in this display at Faculty of Law, University of Toronto make a powerful statement about society, history and the importance of pushing ideas forward and sideways until they make sense. At one end of the spectrum you have the first woman to study law at U of T and on the other is women who have become lawyers while embracing personal goals, interests and passions.
This display won an Award for Excellence: The IABC had the following to say about the Faculty of Law's Trailblazers Exhibit: "Turning ideas to excellence is the hallmark of the Silver Leaf Awards program. Both the first tier and subsequent Blue Ribbon panel judges considered how well your project was conceived, created and executed; how appropriate the strategy and objectives were in relation to the results received; and how well the project demonstrated a sound understanding of its intended audience. Based on those criteria, your entry shines as a leading example of communications excellence."
